Restaurant À L’aise

Our kitchen is classic with emphasis on the best available ingredients from Norway and abroad.

Our Danish Chef and co-owner, Ulrik Jepsen, has experience from 1 and 3 Michelin star restaurants in Norway and abroad, such as Waterside In in the UK, Kokkeriet and Søllerød Kro in Denmark. The desire to travel brought Ulrik and his family to Norway where he has worked as Chef at Engø Gård at Tjøme for the last two years. 

Our menu will be changed regularly and adjusted to the ingredients of the season. Taste is our main focus accompanied closely by fine craftsmanship and the flavours of French-inspired cuisine. At À L’aise you will always be served the best of what is available, and we strive to give our guests a memorable evening.
