A place where culinary classicism meets innovation and creativity.
Quality and taste are always at the forefront of our minds, and our goal
is to provide you with an exceptional fine dining expe
that pays homage to the best ingredients available during each season.


Our Danish head chef and co-owner, Ulrik Jepsen, has extensive experience
from some of the world's most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants,
including the "Waterside Inn" in England, "Kokkeriet" and "Søllerød Kro" in Denmark. After traveling extensively, Ulrik and his family settled in Norway
where he also was the head chef at "Engø Gård" in Tjøme.
Together with his partner, Mia, they created Restaurant Alaise
as a result of their shared passion:

At the restaurant, you will experience the highest level of fine dining.
We carefully handpick the best ingredients for our menu,
and prepare them with precision, knowledge, and pride.
We always strive to create deep, luxurious flavors
